Bound Lotus is also known as Baddha Padmasana or psychic union pose, with roots in Kundalini, Ashtanga, and Hatha Yoga. This comprehensive manual discusses preparing for the posture, modifications, the Ray Man Shabd, dietary recommendations to support the practice and its purpose.
