Class includes energising asanas, mantras, mudras, breath work and relaxation with elements of sound healing. Suitable for all levels and expecting women.

You don’t have to but I recommend you wear white / light coloured clothing as per the Kundalini Yoga tradition.

You will receive the Zoom Meeting ID via email or SMS, so please provide the details when you book. You can log in approximately 15 minutes before class commences. Please have mat, bolster, cushion, small blanket, sheepskin if desired and water ready.
