Friday 19th August Kundalini Meditation 1800-1900
Friday night Kundalini meditation.
In person class includes meditation, mantras, mudras, breath work and relaxation with elements of sound healing.
Suitable for all levels and expecting women. No previous experience necessary, I will guide you through.
You don’t have to but I recommend you wear white / light coloured clothing as per the Kundalini Yoga tradition.
Pre bookings essential, if you book and then can't make it please find someone to take your ticket, no refunds.
You can arrive 15 minutes before hand to get settled, wash hands, etc.
Please BYO mat, small blanket, meditation cushion and water.
Location is at a private Hope Island address emailed prior to class. On site parking available.
