Lucy Locket’s Golden Milk concentrate – a beautiful fragrant nutritious turmeric paste made of fresh organic living ingredients – turmeric root, ginger root, real vanilla bean, hand milled black pepper, coconut nectar and extra virgin coconut oil. Incredibly healthy, low GI and vegan. Traditionally, golden milk is consumed as a drink – a teaspoon combined with the milk of your choice, and heated – but it also makes a delightful addition to smoothies, salad dressings or as a marinade for your next stir-fry.

Based on an ancient Ayurvedic recipe, each of the ingredients has been carefully selected for their unique superfood qualities and their synergy for maximum health benefit. The stars of this handcrafted blend are organic turmeric and ginger root, locally sourced from an organic family farm in the Glasshouse Mountains on the Sunshine Coast in Southeast QLD.
