Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Sunday 14th Jul 8am

Please join me Sunday July 14th 8am - 0930 for a 90 minute class with Kundalini Yoga Kriyas (sets), meditation and mantra to explore the "ajna", the brow point chakra.

This class is for you if you want to experience a Kundalini yoga and meditation class which can assist with stimulating and trusting your intuition, cultivating more flow. You will also receive a gong relaxation.

Sunday 21st Jul 8am Online Yoga & Meditation via Zoom

Join me for 60 minute online Kundalini yoga & meditation class Sunday 21st Jul 8am AEST for the full moon in Capricorn. 

Zoom link and recording will be emailed to you, be sure to enter your preferred email address at checkout. The recording will remain valid for six days so you can catch up in your own time and revisit the practice as many times as you like.

Kundalini Yoga Therapy Weekend Immersion

Students and Instructors please join us over two days August 10 - 11 on the Gold Coast for a Kundalini Yoga therapy immersion facilitated by renowned Kundalini Yoga Therapy Instructors and local Kundalini Yoga teachers from SE Qld and northern NSW.

Dr Shanti Shanti Kaur, PhD, C-IAYT brings the ancient teachings of Kundalini Yoga into modern medicine. She directs IAYT accredited International Kundalini Yoga Trainings and coordinates outcome studies on the medical effects of yoga practice. We welcome Dr Shanti Shanti Kaur from Espanola, New Mexic, she is the founder of Guru Ram Das Centre, International Kundalini Yoga Therapy Professional Training.

Siri Bhagvati / Billie, C-IAYT, Prof. Trainer has over 20 years experience in the complementary health industry and specialises in trauma responsive Kundalini Yoga. She is a part of a 4 year study with Melbourne Uni on Kundalini Yoga for those who have experienced sexual violence. She is the co founder of Kundalini House in Fitzroy, Melbourne.

Also   practice with local Kundalini Yoga Teachers from SE QLD and Northern NSW and experience short, succinct modules with mantra, movement, breath work and meditation.

Work with Kylie - Private One On One

I teach individualised Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan incorporating mantras, mudras, postures and breath work and infuse the classes with deeply relaxing gong meditations or sound bowls. Currently there is no private class availability, waitlist available.
