In these times we are living on the edge and need deep, deep faith, feet on the earth and heads soaring into the heavens ready to take the leap - it is a powerful human experience and requires an exalted human being.

You can arrive 15 minutes before hand to get settled at the venue, wash hands... BYO mat, small blanket, journal and pen. I recommend having a light, healthy lunch up to two hours beforehand and coming hydrated.

We start 2:30pm and finish 5:30pm QLD time.
