"Sunday Soother"

In person 90 minute yoga class includes relaxing postures that anyone can do, breath work, meditation and deep restoration with elements of sound healing.

Theme is rest and restore.

Suitable for all levels and expecting women. No previous experience necessary, I will guide you through.

If you book and then can't make it please find someone to take your ticket, no refunds or credits.

You can arrive 15 minutes before hand to get settled, let me know if you have any health concerns. Please BYO mat, small blanket, meditation cushion and water. If you're eating prior to class please eat very lightly. No heavy fragrances or perfumes.
