Join me for a "Mumentous" in person 90 minute class includes energising asanas, mudras, breath work, meditation and deep relaxation with gong to honour the Mother principle and power. As the original, primal and natural nourisher we will honour and pay homage to the Mother and experience four specific Kundalini "MOTHER" mantras.

When we practice this work it benefits the seven generations before us, and the seven generations ahead of us.

Invite your Grandmother, Mother, Daughter, God Child, Sister, Son, Grandchild, Foster Child. If you have a Mother, are a Mother to humans or animals, if your Mother or child is with Spirit this class is for you, both males and females. If you have a complex relationship with your Mother we honour that too.

Suitable for all levels and especially expecting women. No previous experience necessary, I will guide you through.

You don’t have to but I recommend you wear white / light coloured clothing as per the Kundalini Yoga tradition.

If you book and then can't make it please find someone to take your ticket, no refunds or credits.

You can arrive 15 minutes before hand to get settled. Please BYO mat, small blanket, meditation cushion and water. If you're eating prior to class please eat very lightly. No heavy fragrances or perfumes.
