An invaluable series of five weekly classes with Kundalini Yoga Kriyas (sets), meditation and mantra to explore your Feminine Grace, Beauty, Radiance and Magnetism.

This series is in honour of my Teacher Guru Jagat who left her body in 2022 - I was so touched by her embodied Beauty, Radiance and Magnetism which I still feel every day. I've been wanting to offer this series to "The Sisterhood" for so long and finally the divine portal has opened up for us, I hope you can join me for as many classes as you can.

Suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners, I will guide you through.

BYO mat, water, please wear something comfortable you can move and breathe in, preferably white or light colours as per the Kundalini Yoga tradition.

In person location is a private residence in Hope Island, address provided before the class. On street parking available.
