Join me for online Kundalini meditation each week.
Be present for the Monday live class 6 - 6:45pm AEST or watch the recording which remains valid for six days from recording so you can catch up in your own time and revisit the practice as many times as you like.
Each week you will get to experience a different meditation to improve focus, clarity and calm. You may like to try and practice the meditation daily and cultivate discipline and mind mastery.
Recorded every Monday night - practice live or whenever when you like as often as you like.

Please join me at Happy Chakra Yoga Tweed Heads for a 90 minute Kundalini Yoga & Meditation class focusing on the spine interwoven with gong.
Our spine needs flexibility and balance for endurance, longevity and strength. We will explore from the sacrum and lower spine all the way up to the upper spine and occiput (back of the skull).
You don't have to be flexible to enrol in this class, just willing!
