Sciatic Nerve 6th April 0730 Online Kundalini Yoga via Zoom

Join me for online Kundalini yoga Sunday 6th April 0730am Brisbane time for a 60 minute class on the sciatic nerve, AKA the "life nerve".

The recording will be emailed to you after the live class and remain valid for seven days so you can catch up in your own time and revisit the practice as many times as you like.
