Rest & Remembrance: Kundalini Meditation and Gong Bath Sat 25 Apr 6pm
$27.00–$50.00
Memory is the diary that we all carry about with us." — Oscar Wilde
Please join me on the Gold Coast for a ninety minute Kundalini meditation and pranayama Gong Bath. To honour ANZAC Day the theme is "Rest and Remembrance".
We'll focus on quiet reflection, gratitude and mindful presence. You will experience the other worldly, deeply restorative sounds of five gongs interwoven with a Kundalini Yoga pranayama and meditation practice.
Gong meditations tune the body, assist with emotional cleansing, balance the energy and tone the nervous system.
You don’t have to but I recommend you wear white / light coloured clothing you can move, breathe and relax in as per the Kundalini Yoga tradition. Class is suitable for all levels, including beginners and expecting women, males and females, and a lovely experience to share with your partner or friend.
Bookings essential due to restricted numbers in space, if you book and then can't make it please find someone to take your ticket, no refunds. BYO mat, meditation cushion, eye pillow, small blanket and water. Eat only very lightly beforehand and please come hydrated.
You can arrive 15 minutes early to get settled, position your mat, wash hands, etc. we start and finish on time. After this deeply relaxing 90 minute session you will be able to head home and continue the restful and restorative process.
Location is a private residence at Hope Island, address provided via email the day beforehand.
Saturday 25th April 6 - 7:30pm.
We Will Remember Them.
